These terms apply to all users, whether you are visiting the website, making an inquiry, or staying at one of our properties. By proceeding, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the most recent version of these Terms and Conditions.
Reservations and Payments
All reservations made through our website or third-party platforms are considered valid only upon confirmation and successful payment. Your booking will not be considered complete until you receive a confirmation email from our team. We offer different rate types, including flexible and non-refundable options, each with its own payment and cancellation policy. The total cost of your stay, including applicable taxes and service fees, will be clearly displayed before you complete your booking.
Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and secure digital payment solutions. The final amount charged may reflect currency conversion fees depending on your bank or location. We reserve the right to adjust rates at any time, but confirmed bookings will retain the agreed-upon price at the time of payment.
Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that travel plans can shift unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy has been designed to be as fair and flexible as possible while respecting the time and resources invested in preparing for your arrival. If you have selected a flexible rate, you may cancel your reservation up to fourteen days before your scheduled check-in date and receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than fourteen days in advance will result in a partial refund of fifty percent.
If you have booked a non-refundable rate, your reservation cannot be changed or cancelled, and no refund will be issued under any circumstances. No-shows or early departures are also non-refundable. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our reservations team and acknowledged by us in return.
We encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, interruptions, and any unforeseen changes to your itinerary.
Use of Property
Our spaces are designed for relaxation, restoration, and respect. Guests are expected to treat all facilities, staff, fellow guests, and the surrounding environment with care and consideration. Any form of reckless behavior, excessive noise, or damage to property may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund, and you may be held financially responsible for repairs or replacements.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you and your guests comply with all house rules, which are provided prior to arrival and available at the property. Please note that while we welcome families, children are only permitted in designated villas, as our main pool area and certain communal spaces are reserved for guests aged fifteen and older. Guests are responsible for the safety and supervision of any minors in their group at all times.
If any issue arises during your stay, we ask that you notify our staff immediately so that we can resolve it promptly and professionally.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Such updates will be reflected on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of our website or services following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
In cases where modifications materially impact a confirmed reservation, we will make every effort to notify affected guests in advance.
